Performance at Emaho Shaman Seminar in Düsseldorf Sep 2011
Before attending this shaman seminar in Düsseldorf, I was playing my drum outside in the parking lot...
Emahos assistant heard me playing and asked me if I would open the seminar with a solo... here is a clip... there were approx 150 people there and I played for about 15 minutes... was an honor!

Update
Yo whats up everybody.... just a quick update on whats going on here at the beatkitchen.... for the past 6 months or so I have been getting back up to speed as far as production is concerned.... bought a great little home studio based around my iMac (highly recommend it!)..... now that that is up and running I am setting up a drum teaching studio in the village I live in... very excited about this as I have been wanting to pass on the flame to the next generation for quite some time now.... and alongside that I am also continuing work on my drum method which I am hoping (praying LOL!) will be finished soon-ish! That's about it for the moment... will keep you posted as to how things develop!

Update
Hey everyone,
Just wanted to let you know I am still alive and working away... things are slowly but surely getting back to "normal" (at least a new normal) and I am working on some exciting projects which I will get into very soon... all I can say now is that I am moving into music production now too.... in the mean time I have finally uploaded a bunch of videos to youtube that I have been meaning to get out there for months now.... but better late than never right? Over the next few weeks I am going to feature these video here on my blog so check 'em out! Here's a first taste - part of my audition for Cirque Du Soleil back in 2008:

And away we go..........
It's amazing how quickly life can take an unexpected twist... this whole experience has taught me to never take anything for granted... no matter how sure something seems it can change in an instant and at the most random of times... but another more important thing that I got out of this is that even in the most challenging of times, there is always something beautiful and rewarding if you are willing to see it.... onwards and upwards!
