Wedding - yes it is true
A couple of days ago Gordon asked me if I would fill in on drums at a wedding today...
...as I had off anyway and no immediate plans I thought 'why not'...
...it's been a long time since I have played on a function gig like this...
...the hotel it was in was beautiful and everyone involved really made an effort to make this a special day for the bride and groom...
I also got to see an old friend of mine - Dave Ital - we last played together in Urban Species many moons ago...
...so on that level it was nice but apart from that I really don't think I could do a gig like this regularly....
... unless I could wear my wig and some sunglasses :oP
